The question to ask: will your guests have eaten before, or will they eat afterwards? If the answer is no, it is a dinner reception, and you need to feed them properly.
What menu for a dinner reception?
La Célébration has 16 canapés per person, 12 savoury and 4 sweet.
- To start: cheese gougères, craquelin choux with tapenade, pissaladière tartlet, rosemary focaccia with aubergine caviar.
- The fresh ones: beetroot and goat's cheese millefeuille, melon, feta and mint, carrot and chervil moelleux, sweet potato, feta and olive bite.
- The filling ones: tandoori chicken skewer, mini cheeseburger, marinated salmon and yellow beetroot, organic prawn with mango.
- The sweet ones: praline dome, all-chocolate tartlet, blueberry tartlet, fresh fruit skewer.

2026 prices, excluding drinks and delivery (€29 excl. VAT in Paris and nearby towns). La Réception is enough if the evening starts at 7 pm and some guests have dinner afterwards; La Célébration is the right choice if nobody will eat elsewhere.
In what order to serve?
In three stages. The light canapés on arrival, the filling canapés in the middle of the evening, the sweet ones in the last half hour. Serving everything at once empties the buffet in forty minutes and leaves late arrivals facing half-empty platters.
Which drinks?
Plan 3 to 4 drinks per person for a three-hour evening. Our bar is alcohol-free: 0% Chardonnay for the toast, Alain Milliat juices and nectars, water. The details are in our guide to the alcohol-free corporate cocktail reception.
Order a dinner reception in Paris
Order until 2 pm the day before; for 50 people or more, let us know at least 48 hours before. Quote within 24 hours, company invoice showing VAT. Ask for a quote, or see the quantities for 50 people and 100 people.
