Alcohol-free corporate cocktail reception: drinks, mocktails and quantities

What to serve at an alcohol-free corporate cocktail reception? A 0% sparkling wine for the toast, juices and nectars, a mocktail bar. Drinks, quantities and budget for 20 to 100 people.

For an alcohol-free corporate cocktail reception, plan one flute of 0% sparkling per person for the toast, then 1 litre of juice for 4 people and 1 bottle of water for 5, the quantities our clients order, that is about €6.50 excl. VAT of drinks per guest. An alcohol-free bar suits every guest and settles the question of alcohol at a work event.

What can replace champagne?

An alcohol-free sparkling drink served in a flute, well chilled. Our 0% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs is a Chardonnay grape juice made in the Blanc de Blancs style: the gesture of the toast stays the same, and everyone raises the same glass. That detail is what stops guests being split into two groups.

The mocktail bar: the station that makes the evening

A bartender makes alcohol-free cocktails in front of your guests, to order: citrus, fresh fruit, herbs and homemade syrups. It is the equivalent of a cocktail bar, without alcohol, and often the moment people remember. See our mocktail bar and live food stations.

Three mistakes to avoid

  • A single juice flavour: plan at least three, including one that is not very sweet.
  • Lukewarm drinks: plan ice or a chilled space from the moment of delivery.
  • A separate "alcohol-free" corner: when the whole bar is alcohol-free, nobody has to single themselves out.
