Board and exec committee: two formats, one standard
A board of directors usually brings together 8 to 15 people. An executive committee is smaller: 5 to 8 members at most, often the most strategic circle in the organisation. In both cases, a complete lunch tray, starter, main, dessert, bread, is the most professional and the most efficient answer.
