Delivering to a tower is nothing like delivering to an ordinary office building. You need the right delivery access, often in the basement, a delivery slot, sometimes a visitor badge registered the day before. Our rounds cover the Ariane tower, the Aurore tower, Les Dunes, the Bellini district and the offices along the Seine, and we plan for these constraints from the moment you order.
What we ask of you so that delivery goes smoothly:
- The exact name of the tower and the floor
- The name and number of the contact on site
- The delivery time you want, not the time of the meeting
- The access procedure, if your site has one
Lunch trays for your meetings and training days
At La Défense, the individual tray is the standard format for working lunches: everyone receives a complete tray, nobody gets up, the meeting carries on. Trays from the Essentiel collection start at €28.90 excl. VAT per person for vegetarian, €29.90 excl. VAT for chicken and €30.90 excl. VAT for fish, with starter, main, dessert and bread.
