For a gift or a break in your company's colours, choose a pastry that carries a logo or a colour well: macarons, madeleines in a labelled box, cookies, chocolates or a number cake. Allow a few days with a pastry maker who prints by the piece, longer if the packaging is designed for you. The base budget ranges from €17.90 excl. VAT (6 cookies) to €64 excl. We start from products by named artisans, Mado Paris madeleines, Laura Todd cookies, macarons, then dress them in your image in five steps: your logo and identity, the choice of flavours, the packaging and finish, the message, turnkey delivery. 2. Pierre Hermé: macarons and chocolates in your colours
The house's corporate service offers macarons and chocolate bonbons customised by colour, flavour or a printed logo, in "Signature" or customised boxes. The website publishes neither a minimum nor a lead time for these orders: you ask the sales team.
3. L'Atelier des Gâteaux: logo macarons from 10 pieces
On rue de l'Abbé-Grégoire, in the 6th arrondissement, this workshop prints your logo on raspberry, vanilla, chocolate or pistachio macarons. Minimum 10 pieces per flavour and per design, €2.94 excl. VAT each, logo supplied as JPG or PNG (no all-white logo), minimum lead time of 3 working days.
4. Odette: customised choux
The cream puff house on rue Galande (5th arrondissement) offers customised choux for guests or clients, and an events service that calls back on request. No prices or lead times shown online.
What lead times should you plan for?
- Product from the menu, without customisation: at L'Écrin, order until 2 pm the day before, 48 hours from 50 people.
- Macaron printed by the piece: 3 working days minimum at L'Atelier des Gâteaux.
- Packaging, label or card designed for you: the lead time depends on the design and the quantities. At L'Écrin, it is set on the quote.
In every case, allow time to approve the design before production. Send your logo in high resolution and your colour codes with your request: that is what saves the most time.
How do you choose the right product?
- For a client gift: a box that keeps and can be given, macarons or madeleines, with a card and a message.
- For a team break: individual pieces eaten without cutlery, madeleines or cookies.
- For a company anniversary or a launch: the number cake, in numbers or letters.
- For a detailed logo: a flat surface (macaron, chocolate square, label) works better than a domed one.
- For dietary needs: vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options on request. The macarons are gluten-free according to our product sheet.
How many should you order, and what budget for 10, 20 or 50 people?
Guidelines: 2 to 3 macarons per person (the box of 24 serves 8 to 12 people), about 2 madeleines per person (the box of 20 serves 8 to 12 people, the box of 50 serves 25 to 30 people). Budgets calculated with L'Écrin prices, excluding customisation, €29 excl. VAT delivery included.
