What quantities should you plan per person?
Our quotes follow a simple rule: enough for everyone to eat their fill without waste, with something sweet, something fresh, a hot drink and a cold drink.

Pastries come in trays of 30, which means a slight surplus for some headcounts (60 pieces for 20 people instead of 40). If you want to stay as close as possible to the exact number, say so in your request: we will adjust.

2026 catalogue prices, delivery €29 excl. VAT in Paris and nearby towns (other areas of Île-de-France on quote). The price per person is calculated on the products, excluding delivery. It is not linear: it rises from 16 people, the point at which we add fruit skewers and a second tray of pastries, then comes down again with volume.

What makes the budget vary
- Headcount: below 10 people, we serve 3 pastries per person and the cost per head rises.
- Drinks: coffee and juice weigh more than you might think: over a third of the budget for a breakfast for 50 people.
- Quality: butter or margarine, pressed or reconstituted juice, artisan or industrial.
- Delivery: €29 excl. VAT in Paris and nearby towns, €50 minimum order (excl. VAT).
