For a corporate event of 150 people with full decoration, one florist estimates the flowers and plants budget at between €1,800 and €4,000. A cocktail reception with one bouquet on the buffet and a few arrangements on the high tables stays well below that.

What height for a centrepiece?
Under 30 cm, or over 60 cm on a slim stand. In between, the arrangement hides faces and gets in the way of conversation. For a working lunch or a seated meal where people talk, choose low arrangements.
Where to put flowers at a corporate event?
- At the reception desk: it is the first image of the event, one tall arrangement is enough.
- On the buffet: a low arrangement at the end of the table, with lightly scented flowers so as not to cover the smell of the food.
- On the high tables: a small bouquet or a single-stem vase, stable.
- On the tables: one centrepiece per table, as in the table above.
