A flask delivered at the time you choose is not enough to serve: you need cups and, for some people, sugar. At L'Écrin Traiteur, the one-litre flask of organic coffee or Mariage Frères tea costs €19.50 excl. VAT and serves 6 to 8 cups; cups, spoons and sugar can be added to the order, and both coffee and tea are vegan and gluten-free.

Hot chocolate is never included by default in a formula: it is added on request, for example in winter or for an afternoon break.
What should be added to the order?
- Cups: allow one cup per person, 6 to 8 cups per flask.
- Spoons and sugar: they can be added to the order.
- Milk or a plant-based drink: the coffee and tea flasks are served plain. If your team uses them, write it in the quote request: we reply within 24 hours.

How to take dietary needs into account?
