Which canapés bring orange and black?

The three packages have a fixed composition: the colour comes from the canapés on the menu as they are. On the orange side, tandoori chicken, sweet potato, mango and carrot; on the dark side, chocolate and praline.

Colour	L'Invitation (8 canapés)	La Réception (12 canapés)	La Célébration (16 canapés)
Orange	Marinated tandoori chicken skewer	+ sweet potato, feta and kalamata olive millefeuille; marinated salmon and yellow beetroot; organic prawn, mango and black radish	+ carrot and chervil cake
Dark	All-chocolate tartlet	+ praline dome	+ blueberry tartlet

The compositions are described in detail on the cocktail receptions page. Fresh seasonal fruit skewers complete the sweet side in all three packages.

Which drinks for alcohol-free Halloween after-work drinks?

The whole menu is alcohol-free. Serve orange juice at €9.50 excl. VAT per litre (5 glasses) for the colour, apricot or mango nectar at €10.50 excl. For 40 people, allow €1,495.30 excl. VAT for 8 canapés, alcohol-free drinks and delivery included, i.e. €37.38 excl. VAT per person. The table applies the rule: price per person, plus 4 bottles of 0% Chardonnay per 20 people, plus the orange juice, plus a €29 excl. VAT delivery.
