Get a quote →La Défense stretches across the towns of Courbevoie and Puteaux, with the Parvis, the ring road and the station at the heart of the district. In a district of towers, several meetings can take place at the same time, in several rooms, sometimes on several floors. The lunch tray fits this way of working: one complete menu per person, delivered at the set time. We deliver from 6:30 am, Monday to Friday.
Several rooms, one order
For an order spread over several rooms, tell us when you order how the menus are split, the floor of each room and the contact on site. Numbers can vary from one room to another: six people in one, twenty in the next. Each tray is film-wrapped and labelled, so lunch can be handed out without interrupting the discussion.
The price of a large order
The trays cost €28.90 per person excl. VAT for vegetarian, €29.90 excl. VAT with chicken and €30.90 excl. VAT with salmon. For thirty people, with fourteen chicken trays, ten vegetarian and six salmon: €893 excl. VAT, or €922 excl. VAT with €29 excl. VAT delivery. Beyond that, the quote sets out the format and quantity within 24 hours.
Delivering to a tower: what we need
A tower is not delivered like an ordinary office building: delivery access, a reception time slot, sometimes a visitor badge to register the day before. When you order, tell us:
- the name of the tower and the floor of each room
- the name and number of the contact on site
- the time the trays must be set down, not the time of the meeting
- the access procedure, if your site requires one
We deliver on the Courbevoie side as on the Puteaux side, to the towers as well as to the smaller buildings around the Parvis.
A menu for every diet
Everything is halal and pork-free by default. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are specified when you order, with the number of people concerned. The three vegetarian menus, La Solaire, La Provençale and La Potagère, cost the same as the rest of the menu and are just as generous.
Lunch trays or a sharing buffet?
The tray is the right format when rooms are separate or everyone stays in their seat. Beyond about fifteen people gathered in one place, a sharing buffet is quicker to serve: the formats are on the sharing page. Tell us the set-up and we will recommend the simplest format to serve.
