Between Défense-Seine-Arche, the Préfecture area, Petit-Nanterre and the university campus, lunches there are often organised around training days, seminars and committees. The individual lunch tray suits this well: one complete menu per participant, delivered at the agreed time, with no buffet to set up. We deliver from 6:30 am, Monday to Friday.
Mixed groups: from vegetarian to salmon
A training session rarely brings together twenty people with the same needs. Of the six trays on the menu, three are vegetarian at €28.90 per person excl. VAT, two with chicken at €29.90 excl. VAT and one with salmon at €30.90 excl. VAT. Everything is halal and pork-free by default, so there is no separate order to manage. The trays are film-wrapped and labelled: the trainer hands them out without asking everyone what they ordered.
Twenty participants, one budget
For twenty people, with ten chicken trays, seven vegetarian and three salmon: €594 excl. VAT, or €623 excl. VAT with €29 excl. VAT delivery. For an order of more than twenty people, ask for a quote: it sets out the format and quantity within 24 hours.
Two breaks and a lunch: one order
A training day often needs three moments: the morning break, lunch and the afternoon break. They are ordered together, with different products for each service: pastries and fruit in the morning, lunch trays at midday, chouquettes, cookies and madeleines in the afternoon. Sites with controlled access
On a site with a barrier, a security desk or a visitor badge, give us the access procedure and the name of the contact on site when you order, and we set the delivery time accordingly. Also tell us if the trays must go through a delivery entrance or a service lift. Some sites, campuses and public offices included, work this way: a driver waiting at the entrance means trays arriving after the session has started.
Sessions that come back every week
For recurring training sessions or committees, a dedicated contact can be set up: the same addresses and contacts from one session to the next, numbers to adjust the day before, company invoicing with VAT. The next order is settled in a few lines, without starting from scratch.
