What if the headcount changes before tomorrow?

60 mini pastries are exactly 2 per person. If a few people may join, add one more tray of 30 mini pastries (€48.90 excl. VAT): it covers up to 15 extra people. For drinks, one more thermos covers 6 people. If the headcount reaches 50 people, the 48-hour lead time applies: call before changing the order.

How to set up the breakfast on arrival?

For 30 people, one large table is enough. Put the coffee and tea at one end, the juice at the other and the pastries in the middle: people spread out and the queue is shorter. Plan a bin nearby and a few extra napkins. Have it delivered before the first participants arrive, so that everything is in place when the meeting starts.

The checklist for the day before

  • Exact address: number, building, entrance to use.
  • Floor and room where the breakfast should be set down.
  • Badge or access code: tell reception or security the delivery time.
  • Contact on site: a name and a phone number that answers in the morning.
  • Delivery time: 15 to 30 minutes before participants arrive.
  • Headcount and dietary needs: number of vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free guests and any allergies.

The full list of points to confirm is in the office manager's checklist.
