A corporate iftar brings teams together at the time the fast is broken, during Ramadan. It is a moment of sharing open to all, whether fasting or not. Its success depends above all on one thing: the time.
When is Ramadan 2027?

The time moves by about a minute and a half each day: check the time for the day of your event. Everything must be in place a quarter of an hour before the fast is broken, so that no one waits.
What to serve?
- As soon as the fast is broken: water, juices, dates, which are traditionally eaten first.
- Then: filling savoury dishes, hot canapés, salads.
- To finish: sweets and hot drinks, tea and coffee.
- Pork-free, alcohol-free, halal: the minimum so that everyone can eat everything.
Room layout
- Provide a quiet space for those who wish to pray just after the fast is broken.
- Choose a buffet or a dinner reception rather than table service: everyone can help themselves straight away.
- Invite everyone: the iftar is not reserved for those fasting.
