The Fête de la Musique takes place every 21 June; the next one falls on Monday 21 June 2027. An after-work at the office between 5:30 and 7:30 pm leaves everyone time to join the concerts. An 8-canapé reception costs €29.90 excl. VAT per person, which is €926 excl. VAT delivery included for 30 people.
What should you serve?
Savoury food eaten standing, with one hand: a platter of 24 mini burgers, mini rolled wraps with chicken or smoked salmon, club sandwiches. The 8-canapé reception adds finer bites and a few sweet things. For a longer after-work, move up to the 12-canapé format, at €40.90 excl. VAT per person.
Cold drinks, alcohol-free
In June it is hot and people drink a lot: allow plenty. A 10-litre dispenser of passion fruit or lime and ginger infusion, Alain Milliat juices, sparkling water, and a 0% Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay for the toast. To make the after-work an occasion, add a mocktail bar, on quote. The whole menu is alcohol-free, and the savoury food is halal and pork-free.
Ordering and organisation
Order until 2 pm the day before, delivered from 6:30 am across Paris and Île-de-France; from 50 people, or across several sites, 48 hours' notice is recommended. If you have a terrace or a courtyard, serve outside. The music is up to you: a speaker and a team playlist are enough.
