Twenty lunch trays cost €578 to €618 excl. VAT depending on the menus, plus €29 excl. VAT delivery. The minimum order is €50 excl. VAT, with no subscription.
Do you take last-minute orders?
Yes. We take orders until 10 am the same morning from the day's available selection: pastry platters, madeleines, fruit skewers. For the full catalogue, and to be sure of getting what you want, order before 2 pm the day before.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver from 6:30 am until 10 am, depending on available slots. Tell us your preferred time when you order.

Conferences, examination boards, councils and study days take place here, and they need more than a simple coffee. L'Écrin Traiteur delivers there from 6:30 am, Monday to Friday.
A study day in three services
A full day breaks down into three moments. In the morning, a welcome breakfast from €8 excl. VAT per person, ready before the speakers arrive. At midday, individual lunch trays, so everyone can eat without interrupting the programme. In the afternoon, an afternoon break to restart the discussion. The three services are ordered together, with different products each time: pastries and fruit in the morning, cookies, madeleines and chouquettes in the afternoon.
Labelled trays for mixed groups
At a conference, diets are mixed: vegetarian, halal, gluten-free. Our trays are film-wrapped and labelled, so they can be handed out without asking each participant what they ordered. Three price levels: €28.90 excl. VAT per person for the vegetarian menus, €29.90 excl. VAT for chicken, €30.90 excl. VAT for salmon. For twenty participants, allow between €578 and €618 excl. VAT, plus €29 excl. VAT delivery.
Narrow streets: give us the time of receipt
Around the Montagne Sainte-Geneviève and the rue Mouffetard, the streets are narrow and parking for delivery vehicles is limited. That is why we ask for the time by which everything must be set out rather than the time of the meeting, along with the floor, the entrance and the contact on site. If your institution has a lodge or a reception desk, also give us the name of the person to ask for on arrival. With this information, the order arrives where it is expected, on time.
For end-of-day receptions
A thesis defence, an end-of-year private view or a leaving do: our cocktail receptions start at €29.90 excl. VAT per person for eight canapés. Everything is halal and pork-free by default; vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are specified when you order.
Numbers that change until the last minute
At a conference or an examination board, attendance often changes the day before. An order can still be changed until 2 pm the day before. Give a cautious headcount when you request the quote, and we adjust afterwards without redoing the whole order.
