How do you organise deliveries at a trade show?
- One delivery a day, at the time you choose from 6:30 am, before the show opens or before lunchtime.
- Delivery access: ask the organiser for the permitted time slot, the loading bay or access door and the stand name, then give them when ordering.
- A contact reachable on site, because halls are large and stands hard to find.
- The headcount for each day: it can vary; state it in the request, adjustable until 2 pm the day before.
What should you order besides the lunch boxes?
