Our soft mini crêpes are cooked the same day from a traditional batter rested overnight. Their small size lets everyone take two or three and vary the toppings: Alain Milliat jam or chocolate spread, both included. In an afternoon break they are eaten by hand, with no plate or cutlery. A platter of 15 serves about 5 people.
