A grower you can name
Buying direct means the fruit does not travel and the juice carries the taste of the orchard's own varieties, which changes from one pressing to the next. It is the opposite of a standardised juice, and it is the sort of thing that is worth saying out loud when a client asks where the breakfast came from.
