Flask of Christmas Hot Chocolate

The Christmas hot chocolate is our hand-made hot chocolate infused with cinnamon and nutmeg, served with marshmallows on the side. The spices are infused into the hot milk and then strained before the flask is filled: the flavour carries without leaving grit at the bottom or grain on the tongue, so the last cup tastes like the first. The marshmallows come in a separate container, so people add them or not, and so they do not melt in transit. Ours are halal, like the rest of the menu: pork gelatine is the norm on the shelf, we buy a reference that is not.
