For a bank, an insurer or an asset manager, L'Écrin Traiteur delivers a committee breakfast from €8 per person excl. VAT: for 12 people, €125.00 excl. VAT including delivery with the Classic package. We deliver from 6:30 am in Paris and to the towers at La Défense, for €29 excl. VAT, with meeting lunch trays from €28.90 to €30.90 excl. VAT and client receptions from €29.90 per person excl. VAT.

Each order adds a €29 excl. VAT delivery in Paris and nearby towns, La Défense included, or €39 excl. VAT with collection of the equipment in Paris, Hauts-de-Seine and Val-de-Marne. The minimum order is €50 excl. VAT.

Delivering to a tower at La Défense

In a tower, the set-up time depends less on the road than on reception: entry checks, visitor badge, loading bay, goods lift, lifts serving different floors. We deliver at a fixed time, from 6:30 am. For a meeting at 8 am, a delivery around 7:15 am leaves time to clear security and go up. When you order, give us:

• the name of the tower, the exact address and the town (Courbevoie or Puteaux);
• the delivery point: reception, loading bay or pedestrian entrance, and the goods lift if the tower requires it;
• the floor, the name of the room and the set-up time;
• the name and phone number of a contact who can come down or arrange a badge.

The committee breakfast

Quantities follow a simple rule: 2 mini pastries per person (3 up to 10 people), one madeleine, one 20 cl glass of juice and one 1-litre thermos of coffee or tea for 6 people.

For a board or a client visit, the food stays the same; the presentation changes: pastries on wooden boards, porcelain cups, a tablecloth, and a maître d'hôtel who welcomes guests and serves the coffee. It costs €250 excl. VAT for a 6-hour service, set-up and clearing included: for 12 people, the Classic breakfast and the maître d'hôtel come to €375.00 excl. VAT. Meeting lunch trays

When a committee runs into lunch, the individual lunch tray means nobody has to leave the room: starter, main and dessert on one tray. Our menus cost €28.90 excl. VAT for vegetarian, €29.90 excl. VAT for chicken and €30.90 excl. VAT for fish. For 12 people, allow €375.80 excl. VAT including delivery with vegetarian trays. The client reception

For a client evening at the end of the day, the 8-canapé reception (L'Invitation) suits a two-hour event; the 12-canapé one (La Réception) replaces a light dinner. For 60 guests, allow €2,023.10 excl. VAT with 8 canapés and €2,683.10 excl. VAT with 12, with juice, water and delivery. The savoury canapés are halal and pork-free, and the menu is alcohol-free; a 0% Chardonnay for the toast adds €169.00 excl. VAT for 60 people. Quote, invoice and purchase order

The quote arrives within 24 hours. The invoice is a company invoice showing VAT; if your purchasing runs on purchase orders, give the number when you ask for a quote so that it appears on the invoice.
