Allow 1 one-litre flask for 6 people, rounded up: 4 flasks for 20 people, 9 for 50, 17 for 100. A one-litre flask serves 6 to 8 cups; calculating on 6 avoids running short, because not everyone drinks the same amount.

The price per person is for the drinks alone, excluding delivery. For 10 people, the €39 of flasks is below the minimum order of €50 excl. VAT of products: add another product, such as pastries. The split between coffee and tea follows the rule of 1 flask of tea for 4 of coffee, detailed in coffee or tea at the office.
How should the flasks be spread around the room?
From 30 people, spread the flasks over several serving points rather than one table: the wait is shorter.
When should you plan more than 1 flask for 6?

What lead time for ordering?
- Up to 49 people: order until 2 pm the day before.
- From 50 people: 48 hours ahead.
