Alain Milliat's sparkling Vermentino is an alcohol-free sparkling grape drink made from Vermentino — also called Rolle — the white variety of the Mediterranean basin, grown in IGP Méditerranée.
A rosé colour, for a toast without alcohol
Pale, luminous rosé with a fine bead. On the nose, the citrus of the Vermentino is lifted by Mara des Bois strawberry, bergamot and hibiscus. Fresh and generous, with restrained sugar.
When to serve it at the office
This is the bottle for the moments when the team raises a glass: the Christmas table, Pink October, a leaving party, a signed contract. Everyone holds the same glass and nobody has to explain why they are not drinking. One 75 cl bottle pours about six flutes.
